Wedding Dress
This project was inspired by the idea of remembering the values of the past and embracing the beauty in every moment we live. A wedding dress is more than just a garment, it is the symbolic center piece of a special day, designed to be elegant, timeless, and comfortable.
Following the global pandemic, where daily life shifted and protective face masks became part of our reality, some pieces in this project include mask elements, reminding us of the unique time in which this collection was created.
The collection, titled “Traces of the Past”, was born from a longing to reconnect with natural elegance and vintage charm. Elements such as structured shoulders, sheer balloon sleeves, and delicate pearl embellishments reflect inspiration drawn from different historical periods.
Pearls, in particular, served as the emotional and visual core of this design; long seen as symbols of purity, femininity, and strength, they connect the old world with the new.
Through this collection, my goal was to remind people of the beauty in simplicity, while blending past influences with a modern bridal vision.
